Communicate with the Gunsmith to determine how to level up your Shaped weapons with Resonant Elements in a process called weapon level boosting.

For any weapon that has a weapon level, enter the Details screen and navigate to the Weapon Level Boost Socket's mod. Apply the mod using Resonant Elements in order to increase the weapon's level.
